Can I pass the Domus fee on to landlords?
Yes. Owner statements can carry a Domus compliance fee line you recover from each landlord, so for most managers Domus pays for itself.
What does Domus cost for a property manager?
KES 150 per occupied unit a month, with no setup fee. Vacant units are free. A 40-unit portfolio costs KES 6,000 a month.
