Is there a setup fee?
No. There's no setup fee on any plan.
What counts as an occupied unit?
A unit with a rent invoice for the month. Vacant units cost nothing.
Does Domus take a percentage of rent?
No. Tenants pay into your own Paybill, Till or bank account. Domus charges a subscription only.
Is VAT included?
Prices are in Kenya shillings. VAT will be added where applicable.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes, for portfolios above 100 occupied units. Book a demo and we'll quote.
